The implementation of Islamic teachings is still not clear enough in Aceh. In other words, the process goes on most likely in a grey area in which we cannot see a light point. However, reviewing the implementation of Islamic teachings in Aceh should be considered as crucial issue, currently, by leaders of the province. It will be more effective in investigating a lack of actualization of the policies, so far, rather than continuing developmental programs not bringing out any results toward Acehnese future; because the main targeted goals would not elucidate, based on the Islamic teaching, features of improvisation. Initially, officials (decision-makers) in this western province have begun to draft a set of policies known as “Qanun” which must be obeyed by all people who are living in the region. But, unfortunately, the drafts have not been as quite successful as many people should do, ideally, as the fact that we could find or examine them in the real life situation. It should be kept in our mind that many Acehnese people are not holding on the Islamic teachings comprehensively, so that they can touch every aspect of our lives. Through the Islamic teachings, we have just found that both male and female of adults must keep on their bodies from impolite wears. But, we also have still found that they would like to show their bodies in vulgar ways. We also claim that a free sex system is taboo, based on Islamic teachings perspective, but why could not it be prevented? This question and all of above should be homework for each person in the Islamic zone, Aceh. Not only a task of governments, but they also should be challenged by all people of those who live domestically in Aceh.

Islam has many constructive ideas to offer in the field of health care and medical practice. In Islam sense, the health care practitioner must not delude himself into a position of exaggerated self-important. The health in view of Islam as demonstrated clearly in Qur’an and Sunnah is that mankind should be sound mentally, physically, and socially. This greatly correspond to who definition of health. Medicine and health in Islam are part and parcel of worship or subservience. A weak person may not perform his duties toward Allah, his family and community as the strong healthy one can do. Medicine in art and science, it encompassed prevention of disease and treating them. Preventive medicine is especially important in health care. Most of the health gains in modern medicine are principally due to advancements in sanitation and diet. The curative medicine is also as important as the preventive medicine. Preventive and curative approaches have been used by man to keep him healthy, happy, and strong. The teaching of Islam about health and medicine can be known by reading the Qur’an and Prophet’s Sunnah.
